At the outset I wish to appraise you that the recent “5th National Conference” which was held at Dubai from 22nd to 25th Dec12 was a grand
success. All arrangements including air travel, visa formalities, and hotel arrangements were excellent despite the fact that the given time was very short.
We appreciate the efforts by M/S Indica travel in excellent handling and ensuring convenience during all recent trips abroad by J K Tyre. We find there is great improvement from last year when we had met on certain issues related to the trips abroad. We are glad that our feedback was taken in the right spirit for corrective actions.The actions are quite evident in the trips organized after June’12.
We had four big events abroad i.e. annual Sales Conference, Partners Summit (Truck Tyre) , Partner Summit (PCT) and National Fleet Conference recently. Each event went smooth and the arrangements like hotels, food, early check –in , choice of conference halls at Bangkok , sightseeing and logistics is highly appreciated.
I would specifically mention your efforts in arranging the air tickets in desired flights from each sector for large groups to Bangkok this was a challenging job, which involves dealing with the foreign airlines during peak tourists seasons.
The feedback from the LCV & Farm Dealers who went on a incentive trip to some
destination abroad during the period is very good. The overall arrangements and convenience during their trips even for smaller groups was very good.
We appreciate the efforts of entire Indica team especially Mr.Chander Sharma who is always in forefront to personally ensure flawless trips.
